The results of the evaluations taken for the First Impressions/Define & Express trainings dated 1/03-12/06. Of the 1087 responses to the question: My awareness/knowledge prior to training was:

- 11% reported poor
- 19% reported below average
- 37% reported average
- 21% reported above average
- 13% reported excellent.
Of those same 1087 responses to the question: My awareness/knowledge after training was:

- 0% reported poor
- 0% reported below average
- 7% reported average
- 33% reported above average
- 59% reported excellent.
These results lead us to conclude that even those who felt they had a good understanding of the material presented, still increased their knowledge considerably.
